First, set up the decorating station. Get some choc bits, sprinkles and anything colorful sugar decor bits that you want your brownie pop to have. Then, begin to whip up a batch of brownies. Always make sure you  cool the brownies long enough to avoid the brownie pop stick kept sliding through the end of the brownie.  Perhaps, it would help keep the stick in place if you may  have dipped them in melted chocolate before inserting them into the brownie.
Thanks to Intimate Wedding, the following is the brownie making tutorial. Let's begin!

Step 2: Making The Brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1/2 cup butter (I use salted butter.)
2 scant cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
5 dessert spoons cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and add sugar.

Cream well. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add salt and vanilla. Mix in flour and cocoa.

Step 3: Making the Pop
First, spray silicone brownie mold with vegetable oil. Then, fill each mold cavity 2/3 full with brownie batter.
Second, place mold in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. (Depending on type of pan you are using, time will vary accordingly.)
**If according to Wilton.com, you can also bake for 15 to 20 minutes, remove from oven, carefully insert cookie sticks, then return to oven for the remaining cooking time.

Third, place pan on cooling grid and cool completely. Always let them cool long enough to avoid the brownie pop stick kept sliding through the end of the brownie.
Fourthly, gently pop brownies from mold, by turning the mold over and carefully pushed in the bottom of each cavity. They're released easily.

Fifth, insert cookie sticks carefully. Ensure they're all nicely sticked and not sliding through.
Step 4: The Decor Part

Depends on how we'd like to decor. You can melt chocolate wafers as according your preference.
First, gently dip brownie pops into the melted chocolate, eventually when the chocolate  hardens it will help to seal the end of the brownies.

Second, as the melted choc hardens, gently dip brownie pop in sprinkles or colored sugar. Leave to cool and allow the brownie pops to cool with the brownie part facing down. And voila they're almost done to eat!

Tips for brides: If you are making brownie pops for your wedding or bridal shower you can place them in mason jars (They also make cuuuute favors) and simply have your guests help themselves. Cos't they're too cute and small to consume...Oh boy they will go fast! Enjoy!!
