IB#140: A Tiffany Christmas for me & you

Ola loves! Oh my its another day to Christmas... and we cant wait!.. Anyways this is our last posting for the week and we would like to wish u Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all of you! We will resume back on 2nd January 2012.. hehe its gona be a loooooong break ! wohooo we're so excited!

When it comes to the holidays, we cant resist getting traditional and this time, in this winter wedding inspiration we just couldn’t resist the Tiffany blue tree from Cottage Living. For us, the Tiffany represents classy, poise and elegance. The silver jingle bell that’s actually from Tiffany’s? Perfect! At this time of the year, let's imagine this wedding to be simple and charming, hors d’oeuvres and desserts and of course - a lil everybit of Magic of Love.

Mood: charmingly whimsical, classy, elegant, traditional love, Magic of Love
Season: Winter, spring
Colors: Tiffany blue, gold, silver, cream, ivory, snow, antique white

IB#139: Romancing Winter

Hi loves! We loooooves romancing winter and everything that comes together with it. For this inspiration board, (credits to Inspired Bride), we loooooove the ever romantic and lovely pallete; whether it’s muted and romantic yet so serene. We simply love it all. That said, there is something so dreamy about the absence of color in this all-white wedding inspiration board. Everything has an ethereal quality about it, from the airy bunches of baby’s breath, to the bride in tulle, to the sheer Christian Louboutins (wowow).

Want to have winter wedding? Here are few tips to keep your wedding totally white from feeling stark or cold: First, use ivories and creams instead of only bright white. It will instantly warm up the room, and it has a more elegant feel. Second, play with different textures. In your tablescapes, try a textured linen (say, lace), or embossed china to add dimension. Also consider silver-rimmed glassware for a more formal affair, or for a rustic look, white birch vases to hold your white flowers. The finishing touch? An abundance of candlelight to cast a warm glow. And for the menu, serve food and drinks that keep the color scheme going, but that add some fun and character to your wedding.

Mood: Serene, winter romance, lovely elegance
Season: Winter

IB#137: Emerald romance

Hi Sweets! There's something peculiar & strangely drawn to this inspire board!
